Both parents of Veronica are esteemed artists, often hosting galas in their own home and even proud donors to multiple museums and studios. Naturally, Veronica had become quite the artist herself though in the world of music.
Only wanting the best for their daughter, Veronica was enrolled in respected private schools and even after school tutoring to have her ahead of the curve. As she entered her high school years, she made friends with students from a nearby public school. Often going to parties, shopping and attending football games with these new friends. Until one fateful night when she was riding home after an impromptu birthday celebration, the drunk teen driver had flipped their vehicle into a ditch. Luckily the base of a tree spared them from sliding into the riverbank. All the passengers survived but were dealt serious injuries, some worse than others.
Unfortunately due to severe head trauma, Veronica had to be medically induced into a coma.
Veronica spent the rest of her high school years at home, studying hard and spending her free time learning more instruments. The time came when she began to apply to colleges and to her surprise, she was accepted to Hawthorne University.

Bio
Born and raised in the kingdom of Kyonin, Victra was a bright and courageous child. Always to be the first in everything; academy and athletics. She always strived to be on top. In her early adulthood, she took apprenticeships with archivists and diplomats where she studied under members of the Council who ruled Kyonin.
Unfortunately dark days approached as Orcs threatened the livelihood of her people. Victra's world was flipped upside down as a great draft plucked young elves, women and men to protect their beloved home. She was faced with leaving behind her studies to fight under the Queen an abolish the green skinned threats. Her fellow peers all were enrolled in intense training under the stress of the approaching war. Once more, Victra proved to rise through the ranks and granted her own company to command - thus earning the Peerless Scar to her right cheek, signifying her achievement of graduation. Her wits and studies came in handy with battle strategies as well as her wired physique allowing her to be agile and stealthy - a true nightmare on the battle field. Though, after pushing back the enemy and conquering many battles, her enlistment came to a cruel end when her troop was flanked and she fell prey to a brutish Orc's poisoned blade sinking into her left shoulder. Unable to continue her fight, she retired back behind the walls where she endured merciless rehabilitation and a dependency on opioids to ease the pain and night terrors.
After several years, the war was won due to the orders of the bed ridden elf and diligence of her people . Her kingdom was able to pick up the pieces and attempt to start anew. Despite being physically disabled for an excruciating amount of time, she was able to issue off plans and promote ideals to rebrand the kingdom of Kyonin. A day had came when she found her strength and ventured out into her newly structured home, now reinforced and thriving. Though, the scars and memories of those lost for this new utopia to rise had been burrowed in the back of her mind. Having lost friends, colleagues and family - she relived that nightmare daily.
Now in her elven prime, a ripe age of thirty three in human's years Victra felt her time in Kyonin had come to an end. She strived for more. Once again finding that fire in her to rise to the top and her curiosity had provoked her enough to board a ship to unknown lands. After months at sea, she ported in Helheim with high hopes of finding a purpose.
tl;dr
Born and raised in Kyonin, Victra was an academically successful and athletic child who then studied with an internship under council members of her kingdom. A war between Elves and Orcs started in which she was drafted and commanded her own squadron. Unfortunately, she was forced an early retirement due to a severe injury to her left shoulder, which in turn caused an opioid addiction to numb the pain. While bed ridden, she continued to command and strategize their way to victory. Her work not quite done as she also helped rebuild kingdom and their ideals but sadly felt the post war weight on her shoulders. Evidentially, Victra decided to find aspiration and purpose elsewhere - thus arriving at Helheim.
